Returns and Exchanges Policy

We will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, with tags, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. The customer has 7 days from the time of purchase or mail delivery to contact us about a return or exchange. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 7 days. 

*****Returns are eligible for store credit only.*****

How to return or exchange your order:

We do not provide free returns. It is the customer's responsibility to return the item to us at their expense. 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damages to shop@mills-mercantile.com.

Please allow 7-10 days for us to receive your exchange or return. If the item you are requesting to return is no longer in stock, we will notify you immediately. 

**If the item is personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the order.**

Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, as they are final sale.
